Fable 3 fan. Should I do 2?

I am really enjoying fable 3. It is the first one I have done. Is it worth doing 2 and maybe 1? Production value wise I mean.

If you mean should you get 1 and 2 then yes, especially Fable the lost chapters thats a great game and I also really enjoyed 2 as well, most definitely worth the money.

As a Fable fan should you get them? Definitely. As someone whose hoping they'll be as epic as 3? Imo, only worth getting 2.

Honestly I loved 2 and even though a lot of it is obviously a downgrade from 3, it also exceeds in many areas, making it well worth it even if you loved 3 that much. I honestly wasn't a fan of Fable TLC, after playing Fable II it just didn't feel as good, the story was there, but the combat was so terrible it made it almost unbearable.

Definitely play "Fable: The Lost Chapters" for the story and the backstory of the universe; then Fable II for the shinyness. Both are excellent.

Fable TLC is a must for any Fable fan. Fable 2 is worth a play but it's certainly no TLC.

i have enjoyed all 3 personally. loved tlc because u could use bows and arrows. hate that they took archery away completely in 3 though. crossbows would have at least been nice but anyways...to answer the question, yes play the other 2 lol.

I also think Fable 2 is better than 3, but they both have their pros and cons. As for the original Fable, go on and try it out, but get The Lost Chapters version if you can find it...it's been out for years and you should be able to find it cheap anywhere you go.

I'd love it if you tried the games and then came back here to tell us which one you thought was the best.
Most of us here started out playing the first Fable and all pretty much agree that the first one was the best.
Anyway, since you didn't start out playing that, I'd like to know which one you thought was the best of the three.

Sir, Fable 1 and 2 are better than Fable 3. It's is recommended that you play them ASAP!
Besides differences in graphics, they have better gameplay and story lines. I am playing TLC right now because I prefer it!

When I did GTA IV, I had not done any of the other 3, and IV had nothing to do with 1-3. And Fable 3, did not seem to have anything to do with 1-2. So I am not sure what you meant.

Yep you should defo get tlc and 2 personnaly I prefered fable tlc over 2 and 3 except how stupidly powerful you get towards the end =p

I loved the original Fable: TLC, if I had to choose between 1 and 2, I'd pick TLC. Possibly because it was at the roots of the story, definitely play both if you can though!
