Peter Molyneux's New Game

I wouldn't be at all surprised if after chiselling away at the cube you were greeted by a 3D representation of Peter Molyneux's backside, with the caption: "Curious, are we?"

Did he really get knighted??

Peter, go to hell. $50,000 to simply be an experiment?

**** YOU, SIR D:<

What the hell was he knighted for?

That article was.. Interesting.

The fable series have sold millions, and as Lionhead is a British developer, I assume it would be for creating revenue for the British Economy.

Or maybe Kellogg's have started hosting some kind of 'collect 10 cereal box coupons and redeem to become a knight contest' or something, ' because that is the only way I can imagine someone like molyneux making the honours list.

He had better success with Bullfrog Studios with Populous series, Syndicate, Theme Park and Dungeon Keeper for example.

I want that Peter back instead of this lunatic.

Just wish he would stop trying out these new fads and attempting to single handedly change the games industry in a way that its not ready for. He should bring back one of the old successful series and concentrate on remoulding that to a new generation of gamers. I know some may see it as flogging a dead horse but some of those series were fantastic and there has been a long enough gap between titles for them to be revived.

A modern re-launch of the Populous franchise....

Mmmm....Populous....*drool*

My point exactly, so many of the old franchises created with modern tech, improvements and some new ideas would be great.

Molyneux was inducted into the AIAS Hall of Fame in 2004 and was honoured with an OBE in the New Year's Honours list announced on 31 December 2004.

I can see it happening for Fable 1 and possibly 2, but seriously, I'm surprised they didn't kick him out afterwards. (Or whatever the equivalent would be)

Do you really want him to do to Populous what he's done to Fable?

There isnt that much you could change or try to revolutionise in that series as it takes care of itself and most the ideas in it already worked.
