I know, it sucks, right? I used to be really into Flash as well and I made a few half-decent banners that I could have used for my sig. C'est le vie.
At present, it isn't possible to embed Flash files in signatures as, in some instances, they can be a security risk (Flash files can execute all kinds of crap). I don't think there's even an option to allow Flash files in signatures.
