Ah sweet no I didn't know that. Simba was a bit of a douche when he was a child though, but he's cool when he's an adult. I love how it's the same actors in Lion King 2 and 3. I can't stand voice actors changing >:-(

Not a noobish question at all! Some one actually asked a similar question recently...I wish I had my answer to hand so that I could copy/paste it but you're pretty much spot on with your assumption. People with lots of rep have a higher rep 'level'.
Every time a user gives out rep they basically give out the equivalent to about 8-9% of their current rep score. Hope that makes sense!
