well i am not a modder, haven't read my C++ books or programming books in a long time, but using the in game mechanic to make weapons to make them more personal
We'll see, but the game isn't due out for another 3 ½ months. I think it'd be better for him to make a new thread after the game releases and we're aware of what we're dealing with when it comes to modding the game. That way he can rethink his approach and even make a more organized OP for his request thread.
Besides, Lionhead still hasn't announced that there will be modding tools, have they?

A render is an image that has been cut (or rendered) out of it's original picture. A Stock Image is the original image that has not been touched.
Rendering is also the term used when creating objects in 3D programs such as C4D (Cinema 4D), Maya, etc and are also referred to as renders. -
