account got hack maybe?

ok so i don't know if i should post this here but when i logged on to my xbox live account it came up with this
"your xbox live membership information is not valid please use a valid membership ot recover your account from xbox live"
so i went to xbox.com and signed in and it didn't seem to have any problems signing in there but it still screws it up on my 360 and i don't know how to get back on my account.

That means you changed your information, have been hacked, or recovered somewhere else and need to recover it on your xbox.
