I quit after a month. Friend wanted me to go back, so I played for another month than quit. I just let me subscription run out and let my laziness take it from there.

daemon- ive played both. id say gw is better too.
as for the actual topic, ive mucked around on a private server (wowbeez) and still do from time to time, but yeah. never really got into the retail version, a little too much grinding for me.
*EDIT: heh, thats funny. im downloading WOTLK right now so i can go pown ppl on a private server.
also, daemon, before you say that i didnt have enough time to try it: i left with a tormented shield in my storage having beaten prophecies, nightfall, and factions (not EOTN) and about 4 level 20s with 15k armor. so yeah, id say i tried it out pretty well.

i mainly give stuff to my bro (who doesnt really need it cause hes DAMN HIGH on the pvp ladder)
when he needs it.
he was in vK (rank 7th in PvP at one point) before they disbanded, and is pretty hardcore.
i can give you an ecto or two though.

I used to play WoW when you whippersnappers were still wearing diapers! When The Horde was The Horde, and The Alliance was The Alliance. Not like these days when they are just clones of each other, with the same classes and everything. No, kids, I used to play when Shamans were Shamans and Bubbledins where Bubbledins.
The whining from both sides was delicious. It's a shame Blizzard sold out and caved in, in the end.

In both months I had WoW I would play nonstop all day. I would get about 5 hours of sleep and just play and play and play. Wake up at 9:00am and play til 4:00am.

Over the course of 7 days, 2 and a half of those days have been spent on Red Dead Redemption.

Oh gosh... That just reminded me of how pathetic I have been, in my short time owning Fable, I clocked in over 140 hours, plus twelve thus far on the PC Fable I have had for a week.
