Best RPGs of All Time?

I'm feeling a bit nostalgic, and I'm wondering: What were your (yes you) favorite RPGs for the Xbox, PC, or 360?

On my list of played RPGs are:

Mass Effect
Mass Effect 2
Oblivion (Shivering Isles + Knights of the Nine)
Morrowind (Tribunal + Bloodmoon)
Fallout 3 (Point Lookout + Broken Steel)
Dragon Age Origins
Gauntlet: Seven Sorrows
Fable
Fable II
Final Fantasy (Too many to name)
Bioshock
Borderlands
Baldur's Gate: Dark Alliance II


...

And that's all I could remember at the moment. Anyone care to recommend any RPGs, for the PC, Xbox, or Xbox 360?

The "real" Baldur's Gate II, Shadows of Amn/Throne of Bhaal, beats the crap out of that hack n' slasher also called Baldur's Gate. By miles. It is perhaps the best RPG of all time.

The soundtrack I didn't mind. It was the voices & battle system, such a terribly basic battle system.

I can understand that, to be fair it is the most recent RPG I've played - haven't had much time to play anything these days so my opinion is most probably biased.

Playing any J-RPG with the dubbed English cast is torture to the ears and soul. *shiver*

While I would agree for the majority of releases of the genre, I found Lost Odyssey to be an exception. The Japanese voice cast was a bit mediocre compared to the English voice cast.

Elder Scrolls, followed by Fable.

Space simulator RPG would be X3: Terran Conflict.

I haven't played Mass Effect, but I've heard it's good.
