Bethesda: No "Current Plans" for Elder Scrolls V
I hope that they do get round to it, considering that they might add an online system and improve the game based on the fan's input, I think it would be a 10/10. I just hope that if they do start making it, Bethesda will take their time instead of making a poor undeveloped sequel that seems to just be designed as a money maker.

In Todd Howard's keynote at the recent QuakeCon, the Executive Director of Bethesda Softworks told onlookers that there were no "current plans" for Elder Scrolls 5.
Howard simply stated, "there are no current plans for Elder Scrolls 5" which is sure to come as sad news for Oblivion and Elder Scrolls fans around the world. How about an Elder Scrolls based MMO? Howard said in jest, "there's always a chance."
Howard also went on to state that they were through creating any more content for Fallout 3. So with no Fallout 3 content and Elder Scrolls in the pipeline, what exactly are the studio up to? Howard noted that, "we are working on our next big game but we are not talking about it."
Whilst it is a little disappointing to hear that there are no immediate plans for the renowned franchise, the word "current" means that they aren't ready to nail the lid shut on the franchise just yet. What's probably more intriguing, is what their next title will be.
