I just had sleep paralysis this morning. I don't know if it was a dream or not, but I remember it so vividly.
So, my dog came in my room and barked, so I rolled over, facing my bathroom (diagonally.) Then, I feel a huge vibration, and it felt like soundwaves were moving over my eyes. Then I could only see like, if you take your hands and put them like binoculars to your eyes, your hands were black spots in my vision. I close my eyes, and start dreaming, for like, 5 minutes, and I opened my eyes and saw a figure standing in the bathroom doorway. Probably a hallucination, but still scared the crap out of me.
Then I closed my eyes super hard, and just had 'em closed for like 10 minutes, and the sleep paralysis went away. Holy jeez, I just got chills.
