Also, people who are saying MMO's are not good just haven't find the MMO for them. I hated MMO's until I found Guild Wars, which fits my play style perfectly. Afterward, once I knew what kind of MMO I liked, I began to appreciate them much more.

I tried Guild Wars, and I thought it was the be all and end all of online gaming. Then I realised how much menial farming you have to do if you want to get good, so I shelved it. Permanently.

I use the same argument for this that I do alcohol. I don't drink it primarily because I can't find a drink that I like, and I figure that by not searching for one I'm doing my health a favour.

I have yet to find an mmo that doesn't require you to do tons of farming. I'm glad I stopped waisting my time on runescape that's for sure. And dark I would get addicted too, another reason I had to stop, everything goes down hill from their, your schooling and life...
