There's two gates leading to grave houses in Fairfax Gardens, how do you open them?

I believe you have to buy Fairfax Castle first, but I'm not sure.

The only way I was able to get into one was using a glitch to travel around the edge. Otherwise, I have no idea. They probably are openable some other way.

I already bought Castle Fairfax and they didn't open, I know they are definitely possible to open because there is one of those pressure plates inside of the gate.
