Step 2: Go down to CBuyableHouseDef

Step 4: Select a house
Step 5: CHANGE TEH PRICE (bottem box)

You can also set ownership of any or all the buildings using AE or by opening the tng for each region.

The house is Oakvale is designated "HerosOldHouse" in the script name.
