Just another reason I prefer being by secluded:

(Taken from my facebook status) I hate people, was at a resturaunt, this rednech was patronizing a waitress, then later, his buddy was flirting with her... Here it comes... The big STUPID part: IN FRONT OF HIS WIFE!!!!!! I swear, they need like a system to where if a waiter/waitress is being attacked (Flirting, Patronizing, Racism.) they can call over like the manager or something, he can listen to the story and can bitch-slap the customers.

but I actually like people. but I like them in short bursts. I like people for a little while but once I get past around a minute, mabey a minute and a half, I gotta GTFO of there.

I realise they ca ntake care of themselves John, I am just saying that in positions like waitresses they can't really stick up for themselves unless it's actual harrassment, most people don't take it that far, but imagine being hit on by redneck men 2 times a day for everyday that you work... Eventualy that gets very annoying doesn't it? They can't get ****ed at the latest one just because he joined in can she? So we need a better system... Telemarketers can't speak up for themselves either, they are not allowed.

I'm saying this from experience, you get used to it really quick. It's not like the guys were giving her a feel around. Trust me, I worked in a place for over a year and I was flirted with hundreds of times, usually by Mexicans and old creepy truckers. I've been asked out to go to the city, been called beautiful, had my chest stared at or my favorite, been given a really good tip. Girls like being flirted with at work because it usually means a little extra cash, especially when waiting tables.

I love people, I've saved my fair share of women from creepy nerdy boys and old men, I find it funny though, I always end up having a really good time with the girl I'm saving even though I don't know them.

It's not specific to women - I've not been called beautiful, or had my chest stared at, but I have been flirted with and I have made bigger tips by smiling at those who would flirt with me. Gay guys left me nice tips when I was waiting tables some years ago.

I work as a waiter in the summer, gay guys and old women tip good.

I only have one experience of the sort, but she left as soon as the creepy old guy left. It may be because I myself am just a tad creepy. It could also be because I too was some number of years older than her. :lol:

I don't know how I get myself into these situations, I guess I just show up at the right time, but sometimes it's more than I can handle. About a month ago a girl from my danish class was having a party and I was making out with her best friend, later up in the bar I met this other girl I know from media and we started talking and things got hot. (We've been flirting before, and I actually saved her from this guy prentending to be her boyfriend) Before I knew it I ended up in this weird threesome drama, I got slapped by the first girl and the one from my media class havn't talked to me since.

Oh yeah, the girl from my danish class is pretty mad at me too for hooking up with her friend and then later "dumping" her. :ninja:
