nope.
-100% evil/corrupt = horns, grey skin with red cracks and green eyes
-100% evil/pure = pale skin and red eyes
-100% good/pure = halo
-100% good/corrupt = hunchback

I am 100% good/corrupt and I do not have a hunchback..
I have darkish skin, with a dirty face and flys around me. while blue glowing veins and white hair

Meh this is one of the reasons i got rid of the game if my char is an evil bad ass mofo why does he have cat eyes just makes no sense.

my guy is 100% evil and 100% pure and my guy has blue eyes still. ive tried every possible combo and i just get green or blue eyes. how do i get red eyes?

Green eyes are more menacing than just red glowing ones. It looks more animalistic.

The only thing I know exactly about purity and corruption is rent and food!!!!
Low rent=pure
High rent=corrupt

Tofu=pure
Sorry can't remember what foods are corrupt, but I know the chick will give you evil points.

Lol, my save has glitched and even though i'm full pure/evil, I have a halo whenever I load my profile. It goes away when I leave the area, though.

Beer and Meat give you -Purity points. Only downside is they also make you Fat which means you'll have to stock up on some Celery or Calorie Burning Potions.
