It's here...

We can't put it out of our minds any longer. School's back. Whether you've already gone back or you're going back in a few days or a week, it's too soon to throw out of your mind and say, "No! Wait! It's still summer!"

Still, I'm not dreading this year as much as I've dreaded my past years. I won't have that much work to do this time around. I'm finally a senior. I'm applying to colleges in October and November, so they won't have anything from my senior year to look at, which means I can take easy classes and do a mediocre job. :D Plus there are some perks and certain trips/days off that come with being a senior. It should be a fun year.

These are my classes for the year:

1. English
2. Foods
3. Marine Biology/Zoology
4. T.A. (Teacher's Assistant)
5. US Economics/US Government

Only three academic classes, none of which are AP or honors. And we also usually have six periods, but seniors are allowed to take five. I did sort of get f*cked though. I was supposed to have first period off and have English fourth period with one of my favorite teachers, but they switched it up for some reason, and now I have a free sixth period and some old b*tch for English during first period. I'll have to talk to someone about that.

I'm also running on my school's cross country team for the fourth year in a row. Practice already started last week, and it's not looking like too bad of a season. I'll be doing track in the spring as well.

So how are you guys feeling about this new year? What year are you going into and what kinds of things are you going to be doing? Classes, sports, other activities, etc.

Those are the names of my lessons that I remember (If the titles seem un-descriptive then I didn't remember the full name.)

EDIT: Well, I guess I shouldn't say that, it isn't like school is a bad thing. Just annoying sometimes.

Speak for yourself. Education is a failing organization here in Ahmericer and is a huge waste of time and money. Experience overshadows education unless you have connections and in some situations.

Anyway...2nd year of Community College (Does that make me a Sophomore still?). We only sign up for classes by the semester...I guess that's not unusual.

Tuesday:
Criminology 1PM-4PM
Introduction to Chemistry (which will probably be the same as my high school Chemistry) 5:30PM-8:30PM (it says 8:20 on the paper I'm looking at right now, but I don't think it's right).

I'm pushing it by going 3 days a week (I live 20 minutes away on the highway going 80 on a 55...gas)

Thursday:
Crisis Intervention 1PM-3:50PM
Introduction to Chemistry 5:30PM-8:20PM

Friday:
Introduction to Anthropology 1PM-3:50PM
(I can't wait for this class, I love Social Sciences (e.g. Psychology, Sociology, Philosophy, etc. etc.))

I've yet to get my books, however. But I'm going to try to do that online and not from the bookstore...too expensive :(

That last one can be a lie.

And also, that is why I have the luxury of Homeschooling, better education system. Though you have to weed out the Christian programs.

How do you mean? I know High School education helps...to some degree...but a College Education is something that can be profitable to you, by working your way up, instead of being in debt until you're 60.

Yeah, those pesky religious classes. Not very helpful in the real world.

Pfff, halo reach? I'd rather go back to school than buy that.
