hey can anyone tell me if there is a map editor or something which you can make your own map

There isn't. As it isn't possible to add your own maps or regions. You can edit exsiting ones with albion explorer or choc.box.

but albion explore does not want to work aswell it says that it cant find any registrations of fable or something
