You can have fish and a hamster. The hamster doesn't do much than make the most cute squeaking sound I've ever heard in the history of ever. If you don't feed the fish after every mission, they die.

The hamster is one of the most awesome easter eggs ever, I'll give 'em that. If you've played Baldur's Gate 2 you'll get it. It is of course Boo, the Miniature Giant Space Hamster.

i agree with everything Gikoku Harakami just said really, only thing that bothers me is the dum AI, ammo is a pain but it does relate to strategy, but then again im playin on insane on my first run and im suffering painfully -_- but ill eventually get through it, i really dont any dissapointment all the stuff that troubled mass effect 1 has been dealt with and dramatically improved in all directions, though i dont like the new team.

I didn't like the new team at first but I started to like them more and more. My favourite new character is Thane. But I usually only use Garrus and Tali, because they are my OG's from the first one. :lol:

Legion and Garrus are my favourites...had some weird freaky time with Garrus too - I dumped Jacob because he was doing my head in and taking forever to go for it with me. Whereas Garrus took about three conversations and blam! Wine and alien sex in my cabin.
Also got drunk with Chakwas...that was pretty cool.

Mordin is by far my most favorite character of the new bunch, his accelerated Captain Kirk speech pattern divided by the often *sniiiiiiff*... I find enjoyable to listen to. I wasn't successful but I seemed to have gotten some hint to it, but... is there a Mordin romance?
I felt the same way, especially with Grunt. The trailers made him come off as this brainless, stereotype muscle, but in the game he's so much more.. just a young Krogan who's looking for a purpose, a reason to exist in the galaxy. It's a shame the trailers make the new characters appear as 2-Dimensional badasses.

I think it might be possible to have a relationship with almost everyone - Thane definitely because he turned me down due to my Jacob thing (before I dumped him)...I think I might investigate this during my second play through.
Jack, after telling me how she'll bang anything, turned me down on account of me being female - had a feeling she'd break me anyway. Miranda is too far up her own backside to even bother with and I've never liked Tali but I wouldn't mind having a go with Grunt if the option existed. Or Legion (ololololololololol)
Just a shame that Zaeed can't be talked with - I know he's a DLC character but I would have preferred to have at least some dialogue options with him aside from his quest-related chatter.

Yeah, they seem so hardcore. But when you get to know them they are really cool. Even turns out Mordin used to be an actor and singer, and he sang to me! I was surprised. And I expected Grunt to be all smashy smashy break everything, but like you said, he is just looking for a purpose. Thane has his sad story of leaving his kid after his wife dies. Etc, etc.

:ninja: No Mordin romance, what he does instead is give you sex advice if you're having inter-species intercourse (he even has instructions), some of it is quite hilarious. I tried with Mordin and he just put me down easy, told me it wouldn't work out.
Yeah, I was disappointed about Zaeed, great character but you can't really do anything with him on the ship. Hopefully the same thing won't be done to the new DLC companion we're supposed to get. Legion love, :lol: I guess it would have to be some crazy form of cybernetic tentacle sex.

Already doing that with my male Shepard, plus.. Tali might be bisexual, I had the chance to get it on her with when I was playing as a female Shepard, but it didn't continue even though she said she wants to.
