^Lemme cure that boredom! Imo its fine for a man to have a ponytail as long as he has the club bouncer type body that fits it, I dont want to see a geek that plays dungeons and dragons with a ponytail (shudders)

I buzz my hair when it gets long enough I have to start combing it.
As for pony tails, it really depends from guy to guy I suppose.

some guys can pull it off, some cant. i was never able to get my hair that long, parents nagging me to cut it and work and so forth. there was a time when i had about sholder length hair, but one day it really really was bugging the crap out of me so i had it all shaved off. iv had short hair ever since.

I feel like I have to keep the rest of my appearance in top shape or I can look like a slob pretty quickly. Mostly I'm glad to have my hair out of my face. Some girls seem to like it. I think about cutting it all off and donating it to locks of love.

Clearly you don't know what type of people play D&D.... I do and I'm a small blonde girl in goth clothes... you can bet no one made fun of me for D&D (or anything else for that matter...)
And my boyfriend and his friends also play. Not one of them is under six foot and my boyfriend happens to be built like a bouncer and has very long hair.... Which I find really attractive.... The long hair I mean. I think a lot of guys look good with long hair, very few can't pull it off.
Unless they happen to be balding on top.... and still have a ponytail.... like my uncle... that is NOT attractive.....

I wear my hair out long. Not really that long though. Chicks at my school dig my hair for some reason. I'm the only long haired dude at my school, other than this kid thats 99% always in OSS (Out School Suspension) or a friend of mine.

I think I am one of the few guys that cant pull off long hair. up untill about a year ago my hair was about sholder lenghth, and it look awful now that I look back on pictures. I was never able to get it to a decent length due to people nagging me to cut it constantly. also my hair is extreamly sensitive to static. just touching it would be like rubbing a baloon in it, and I hate that sensation. one windy day I was stick outside for work and I was so irritated by it that I felt like ripping it out by the roots, so the next day I cut it short and have kept it so ever since.
as for ponytails, I wish I could pull it off, but sadly I cant.

I am usually too lazy to get a haircut so most of the time I look like Tarzan (in a negative way). But never will I grow my hair as long as they were 2 years ago...
