Sadly I could never get into Oblivion, I tried PC and PS3, I just couldn't enjoy it after Morrowind, but don't get me wrong Oblivion is a good game. I just prefer Morrowind.

Understandable. The previous instalment of a series is usually better.

Gears of War, Halo... There's quite a few.

It's just Morrowind has weapons like spears, throwing knives, crossbows and swords on fire, which doesn't require mods. The quests are more challenging..

What killed it for me was Fast-Travel.... Morrowind didn't have this, you had to explore to find secrets which was very fun. I mean yeah people say "Well then don't use fast travel" But it's kinda hard not to when it's there already...

I understand why people would want to trade in games but I would never do it myself.

No matter how bad a game is I still like to keep it. I just love seeing my collection grow.

Well, of course it is. Diablo 2 is far superiour to Diablo. But both are epic games, for sure. Same thing with Morrowind and Oblivion.

Not to try and derail the topic (again), but... OMG DIABLO. <3

I have such fond memories of the first one. Such a greeeeaat game.

i LOVED Morrowind i played the crap out of that game
then i got Oblivion and played the sh!t out of it
then i tryed to get back in to Morrowind and i cant, got to like lvl 12 and did some quests but its lost all appeal to me now

Sadly that's what happened to me, I lost all appeal to oblivion at level 20, I had a morrowind save once with 70 hours clocked, and now i'm re-playing with 45 hours so far, Still haven't lost the appeal.
