Movie suggestions?

Movie suggestions?

I am in the looks for a good movie, I have been flipping through the movie channels and looking at Blockbuster, and I can't find a movie, not even through IFC, can anyone direct me to an EASY TO FIND (Preferably Online) Movie that runs along the lines of "The Chumscrubber" "Donnie Darko" and "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind" you know? Can anyone help me get through my boredom (Preferably tonight, because tomorrow onward I will be glued to ODST)

The only one thats coming around here (Our theatres suck) that I wanna see is the new Michael Moore film.

Go watch 9. It's pretty short (About an hour or so.) but it's pretty awesome.

I agree. 9 was pretty interesting. It had a very unique storyline, and could spark a stitch-punk trend.
It's definitely not a "pew-pew-explode-tits" Michael Bay movie, so don't go see it if you're into that stuff. (Although, by what you posted, I take it you're not. Donnie Darko is my favorite movie of all time)

Go watch 9. It's pretty short (About an hour or so.) but it's pretty awesome.

9 was 82 minutes.

Gamer was interesting, but suffered a bad ending.

I don't know about your suggestions Tyloric, but I think I need to re-iterate that I have found plenty of entertaining movies in the past few months, but I am trying to find that sort of Neo-Noir/Teenage drama/Mind**** (Rhymes with Find a Buck) movie.

Stranger Than Fiction - A movie starring Will Ferrel (as a serious character), Maggie Gyllenhaal (the girl in The Dark Knight), Emma Thompson, and Dustin Hoffman. The trailer doesn't really do this one justice.

I can't suggest anything matching your criteria firis. If you want to go to the movie theater you could watch Inglorious Basterds. It has a lot of dialogue though, if your more into action. But the dialogue is great.

Also, "Sunshine" is a good one.
"Spirited Away"(although an anime), "Dagon", "The Mist", "The Big Lebowski", and "Nightbreed" are all really cool movies.

There's nice plots, good dialogue, and all around badassery(movie-wise).
And they're all somewhat Sci-Fi/Horror/Dark. Except for "The Big Lebowski".
It's a thinker movie.

"Seksmisja" ("Sex Mission") - a fun Polish film about two men who, after half a century of cryosleep, are the only surviving males on Earth.

Yes, I noticed thread revival, but there can`t be too many "suggest good movie" threads.
