well, that's not neutral, which is what you said at first...
neutral is an act with no moral wieght, or one in which the good and evil balance out...
alternating one or the other simply shows a lack of principles, and has nothing to do with being a mercenary or neutrality

I'm saying that doing something for the money, which is what a mercenary does, is neither good nor evil, making it neutral. Everybody has to eat. Doing a job to make money is not the same as if you did it for your own pleasure. I don't believe a mercenary to be evil, but they are not good either. The things they do, however, may not be neutral. Killing is hardly neutral. However, their intent is not evil, and that is what I feel is most important in wieghing the moral worth of an action.

that's your moral outlook, not mine.
I feel morality can only be weighed by moral intent. It is not what you did but why you did it. A person who tries to help another and ends up causing more harm than good is not an evil person,in my opinion, just one with no foresight.
I don't feel accidents have any moral wieght at all as they have no intent behind them whatsoever.

I didn't like that overnight you could go from ultimate evil to ultimate good or vice versa it meant that there were no REAL consequences for your actions. I would like to see a life long path to good or evil where if you deviated that you would never be fully one or the other. But if you did the effect would be more dramatic. It would be good to see the "more mature" part be real moral dilemmas
