Need Some Bio Help

Okay, I really hate to post something as stupid as bio help, but I need the chemical forumlas for cellular respiration and photosynthesis written in words. I have no clue how to write these in words:

C6H12O6 + 6O2 --> 6CO2 + 6H2O

And

C6H12O6 + 6O2 --> 6CO2 + 6H2O + energy

I think those are what they are. Any science geniuses wanna help me out here? Again, need them written in words.

Re: Need Some Bio Help

I'll check the link.

Okay, no help there. Thanks for trying though. And try to make your link more visible.

EDIT: Okay, need more help. I need to know what diffusion, endocytosis, exocytosis, and active transport, well, transport. I really suck at bio. :P

umm how it affects the process i don't know but

fructose (C6H12O6) combined with 6 Carbon Dioxides (6O2) forms 6 water (H2O) and 6 Carbon Dioxide

on the bottom one they form 6 carbon dioxide, 6 water, and energy leftover.

not sure if that is the answer you sought though :lol:

Re: Need Some Bio Help

grumblegrumblegrumble I was really good in biology, the only problem is its been a good 4-5 years since I took that class. It seems I've completle forgotten that. Hell, I dont even remember learning it! What kind of bio class is this?

Yeah, I've been learning it for 4 years now and I still forget. I think it transports some elements and proteins and such. Not sure.
Yeah proteins and whatnot. At least I still remember osmosis! (heh... heh... :'()

Re: Need Some Bio Help

The only thing I know about osmosis is that it is diffusion across a selectively permeable membrane. And I think diffusion is is the movement of particles from high to low concentration.

@TJ - So far it is just old review. If you wanna know that actual class name it is Biology 20. Not sure if they use the same class naming system in America.

The part I remember for osmosis is that it's for water. :ninja:

Ah, the only biology class I took before moving on to other things was Biology 10. So this stuff must be more advanced than what I took. Add on top of that the fact that I took this class about 4 years ago and have forgotten most of it, and I'm no help at all.

Yes, did you use the example of plant roots? That is how I was taught it. Water being absorbed through plant roots.
Something about water molecules going through little "passageways" across an area to another part of whatever. I suck at Science.
