I think that they could ship the children to Italy (or was it France?) where education is free because they think the more knowledge the better. Then with the rest of the money, Obama should fund for the UNSC and create a Spirit of Fire. These funds can bring us closer to creating outer colonies like Reach and colonize them and create firebases that will provide us with supplies. Then sell those supplies to extra-terrestriels, and with that money, create more advanced technologies and bring us closer to a flawless future.

The Spirit of Fire was originally a colony ship, transporting equipment and colonists in the UNSC's expansion efforts. In 2520 the ship was refit with a Magnetic Accelerator Cannon and other armaments to serve as a warship. Huge storage bays that used to house machine parts now carry everything from Warthogs and Scorpion Tanks to construction supplies for fire bases in hot spots in front line engagements or in rearguard actions.

I'm sorry, I didn't know Halo is real. One thing: One man can not endure such pain, especially in Halo 3 where he fell like what? 500 feet and created a crater the size of 20 men, but he just got back up in a minute. There is no Reach or UNSC.

He got back up because he went into armor lockdown in which he felt no pain.

Not to get nerdy, he did ride on an object, Spartans are genetically altered and the suit is designed to take damage both external and internal, it has a gel layer, armor, shields and an auto healing system of Biofoam it could take a beating, not to that extent of course but it could still deflect an extremely powerful blow, but he also had "luck"

Oh I'm sorry. What type of armor is this? Nuke proof armor? Give me a break, the armor didn't even have a scratch. It's fake as the concept of communism actually working.

With all seriousness, I think Obama may have gone a little far, I don't think he should've completely cut them off for the next 5 years, just a portion of the money. Research is always important.

And I can't remember who said it, but I also have hope that Stem Cell research will bring us a future worth waiting for.
