Yes, Captain Pelayo, the chick you saved from the downed Cobra in Call of Duty 4, and you thought died when the chopper went down with the nuke is alive, as well as Dye, the man who flies out of the helicopter.

Spoilers.

In Modern Warfare 2, on a Oil Rig, both Pelayo and Dye are in a Little Bird helicopter, that you get on and fly to the Gulag in.

yeah, it's probably what they did with roceywitz (spelling is horrible... i know) on the stairs. there are MULTIPLE of them, seen a pvt roceywitz in cod mod 2 as well as 2 in the same mission in cod mod 1.
