Rate my parties

I know we just had a long discussion about Pokemon, but something's happened recently. I used to be the best trainer around. Half of my track team plays Pokemon, and no one has been able to beat me...until now. This guy that I haven't battled before comes along and destroys me without even so much as a scratch on any of his Pokemon. Now, I need vengeance. I've started to EV train my Pokemon and I'm changing my battle strategies and move setups. I have two new parties that I'd like to get some feedback on.

Legendary Party:
Mewtwo (Holding Leftovers): Flamethrower, Recover, Guard Swap, Psychic
Celebi (Holding Leftovers): Psychic, Recover, Heal Block, Energy Ball
Kyogre (Holding Leftovers): Surf, Aqua Ring, Thunderbolt, Thunder Wave
Deoxys (Defense Form, Holding Leftovers): Psychic, Recover, Mirror Coat, Counter
Darkrai (Holding Wide Lens): Dark Void, Ice Beam, Dark Pulse, Dream Eater
Giratina (Altered Form, Holding Power Herb): Aura Sphere, Heal Block, Destiny Bond, Shadow Force

Non-Legendary Party:
Maganuim (Holding Leftovers): Energy Ball, Synthesis, Leech Seed, Ingrain
Scizor (Holding Scope Lens): Slash, Night Slash, Focus Energy, Swords Dance
Houndoom (Holding Bright Powder): Heat Wave, Will-o-wisp, Dark Pulse, Nasty Plot
Tyranitar (Holding Muscle Band): Ice Punch, Crunch, Earthquake, Dragon Dance
Blaziken (Holding Bright Powder): Blaze Kick, Reversal, Endure, Earthquake
Gallade (Holding Leftovers): Ice Punch, Protect, Toxic, Close Combat

Any helpful advice or constructive criticism would be much appreciated.

HO-OH (Nicked OH-HO) (Extrasensory, Overheat, Fireblast, Sacred Fire)
FERALIGATOR (Nicked CHOMBER) (Ice Beam, Surf, Aqua Tail, Hydro Cannon)
MEWTWO (Psycho Cut, Swift, Psychic, Power Swap)
CHARIZARD (Fire Fang, Slash, Flamethrower, Ember)
ARTCUNO (Ancient Power, Fly, Ice Beam, Reflect)

This one is pretty good for the most part. Personally, I would use Thunderbolt rather than Discharge because it's more powerful, but if you'd rather trade a bit of power for the increased chance of paralysis, stick with Discharge.

Overheat, Fire Blast, and Sacred Fire all pretty much have the same effect on your enemy. I'd keep one and teach him two different moves for a better chance of scoring a super effective hit. Overheat cuts your special attack quite a bit and it doesn't have perfect accuracy, so I wouldn't go with that one. Sacred Fire and Fire Blast don't have perfect accuracy either, but they don't cut your stats. Sacred Fire has a little better accuracy, but Fire Blast is a little stronger, so you should decide whether you want strength or accuracy. As for the other two moves, I would recommend Thunderbolt and Earth Power. If you can't get your hands on Earth Power, go with Shadow Ball. Or you could teach him Recover, in which case the best move to go along with that would be Earth Power and the second best would be Thunderbolt.

Feraligatr's attack is much better than his special attack, so I wouldn't go with Ice Beam, Surf, or Hydro Cannon. I'd also replace Aqua Tail with Waterfall because it's more accurate, but again, it's a choice between strength and accuracy. I would teach him Ice Punch, Brick Break, and Earthquake for the other three moves. Teach him Crunch if you can't get Ice Punch.

I wouldn't teach him Psycho Cut for three reasons: Mewtwo's special attack is immensely better than his attack, Psychic's power is higher, and Psychic pretty much covers you for going against a Pokemon that doesn't do well against psychic attacks. Power Swap would most likely just get rid of Mewtwo's amazing special attack, so I'd get rid of it. I wouldn't recommend Guard Swap in place of that like mine has though because I taught him that specifically to combat my enemy's defense form Deoxys. Swift is reliable, but its power isn't very high and you won't score a super effective hit with it. In place of these three moves, I would teach Mewtwo Flamethrower/Ice Beam/Aura Sphere or Flamethrower/Ice Beam/Recover.

Charizard has better special attack, so Slash and Fire Fang should go. Ember is extremely weak, so I'd get rid of that too. I'd probably give him Air Cutter, Dragon Pulse, and Blast Burn.

Fly and Ice Beam should serve you well. Ancientpower and Reflect aren't bad attacks, but if it were my Articuno, I'd give him Mind Reader and Sheer Cold for when I needed a sure kill. If you don't want that, though, Steel Wing would always be useful should you prefer it over Ancientpower or Reflect.

And you don't understand. But no worries, for I shall explain. Necro and I know each other in real life. For 14 years now in fact. I don't get to see him as often as I would like, so I have to give him crap as often as I can. And I am a moderator, making me part of the nobility.

I think someone is taking a simple statement a bit to seriously. Besides, I think you'd probably lose that privilege sooner or later if you banned people for not liking a band that you like.
