100 points I think. And you start off with one bar. So if you have 100 points, you have two bars. So some simple math here.

x=amount of rep rounded to the lowest hundredth. (for the sake of people who don't understand very simple math. If you used the amount of rep points you had you would end up with a number with a decimal, and you might not know to round down at that point) y=amount of bars you have

x/100+1=y

So there you go.
