I believe there's some other life forms out there. I don't know about cloaking ships but I guess if you think about it could be possible if it could project images behind it perfectly infront of it fast enough to stay cloaked in motion. Way ahead of our time though.

Not necessarily, German scientists used a machine they created to bend certain light, cloaking a small, very smile piece of gold metal. Not much obviously, but give it about 50 years of work and you might have something.

I could believe this, except for one thing.

Why does the witness automatically know it's an alien ship? That's like someone seeing a hot air baloon for the first time deciding on the spot it's a UFO.

Also, it's in a generic Flying Saucer, which is the only thing aliens defiantely wouldn't fly in.
