A good summary:
"SOPA explicitly states that companies will be liable for everything their users post. Sites like Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Reddit, Wikipedia, or any sites that allow user generated content CANNOT exist under these laws. Immediately after this bill is passed, you will see the media mafia (MPIAA, RIAA, etc) replacing websites like Wikipedia with commercialized encyclopedia software. Mainstream media outlets will not cover this bill because they are the ones lobbying for it."

WHO ELSE IS PUMPED?

Wasn't SOPA denied like ages ago?

Those who would sacrifice liberty for security deserve neither.

Sites like that will just have to move their servers to another country innit.

For those in America you can also just use a browser that bypasses DNS lookup (you can download those). You could also just ping the website. Or use a proxy. The bill only harms people and doesn't stop the "issue" they're trying to rectify, it's an utter joke.

It is like those unskippable anti-piracy ads on legal CD copies of movies; they make people download the movie for free.

With those stupid ads removed.

Wait, did this pass, is it going to pass, or is it not decided yet. because this is bullsh!t. SOPA and all thier supporters can go FÜCK THEMSELVES.

No, it hasn't passed yet. It's been delayed until the beginning of January.

Well I'm not fully sure on which side I should take regarding the SOPA subject. I'm interested to
see the outcome in January, but I think they will just delay it again and again.
