So when I run FE and I start to load Fable, it says "Windows cannot find Splash.exe". What is splash.exe? HELP!

Splash does not matter, you will have that error message every time you run FE. Click ok and ignore the message.

The Splash screen is basically just that little pre-loader image that appears when you start a clean, un-modded version of Fable.

As stated, nothing you'll miss.
