Sunny with a chance of...snow?

It's mid spring. It hasn't snowed for almost 2 months. Everything was green and my pool was even ready to swim in. And it's snowing...hard. wtf? I like snow but this is just random.

Wrong section etc. etc.

Re: Sunny with a chance of...snow?

But I thought this section was for news, feedback and that other thing...

And living in Canada doesn't mean it snows at random moments, we have our seasons just like anywhere else.

Re: Sunny with a chance of...snow?

^this is the first time in these parts...strange.

GLOBAL WARMING!!! RUN!!!

Re: Sunny with a chance of...snow?

We had snow and ice about 2 weeks back and today it was 20C (68F) changes day to day. We had a BBQ on one Saturday couple of weeks back and it was sunny and warm and on the Monday morning i was scraping ice off car and had heavy snow.

Re: Sunny with a chance of...snow?

Weird weather shifts like that are fairly common where I am (Utah :( ), especially in spring. Just a little over a week ago it snowed and the day before that it was about 70F and sunny. Yesterday it was sunny too, today its raining with a rain-snow mix expected later, probably ending with snow by this evening.

Edit: **** I just checked the weather report agian and we will be getting rain/snow every day for the next five days.

Re: Sunny with a chance of...snow?

Don't feel TOO bad. We had a chance of frost down here in Maryland, and we're pretty southerly (don't know if we actually got it.) That's what you get for living on America's Hat, rather than in the region that would probably be... I don't know, the **** is down south, so maybe the bellybutton?

So, yeah, the weather's being a pain in the ass everywhere. And some places are getting ****ty weather AND massive oil spills. I sense a conspiracy. To combat it, we should merge the Coast Guard and NOAA and assign them to control the weather and use it to fight oil spills. It's GENIUS.

you seem to know what to do with them.

Re: Sunny with a chance of...snow?

Um... I do think that would be cool, but that's just because I think the CG is awesome and I think the DHS was a ****ty idea. I was mostly being sarcastic, as evidenced by the fact that I suggested controlling the weather as a means to combat oil spills, such an idea being on the "cloudy with a chance of meatballs" level of science.

Re: Sunny with a chance of...snow?

...Look, I'm sorry to be an asshole, but I can't resist. Here's some more sarcasm, or possibly just general dickery:

You seriously thought that I was suggesting (seriously) we develop weather control as a way of fighting oil spills? Can I assume you're being sarcastic? Please tell me I can.

I am being excessively dickish, it occurs to me, but the, "I'm being an excessive **** in light of the fact that you're only 15" is even more dickish. So I shall leave the forums before I am any more of, yes, a ****.

/end excessive use of the word "****."
