Anyone doing anything for Thanksgiving? Im cold, lonely, and hungry XD

And anyone planning to participate in Black Friday? Because I'm not.

im actually doing something this year for thanksgiving, im goin down to vegas to my cousins house. w00t party in vegas! hopfully weather doesnt get to bad to skrew over the drive down. im not crazy enough to enter a store on black friday.

As for Black Friday, it's not something you participate in, it's a phenomenon. The day itself marks the beginning of the Christmas shopping season, as such, there are a lot of people who go do their Christmas shopping (duh). When this happens, many stores go from red ink (red signifies negative, meaning debt) to black on their financial reports, and since this day is always on a Friday (it's the day after Thanksgiving, which is always on a Thursday), it's called Black Friday.

There, you learned something new today.

Gawd~ He's trying to teach us stuff again. Can we throw him into the infernal pit? Or make him visit the butt Troll?


I usually end up getting forced to tag along during Black Friday, I really don't want to, but...I'd rather not resist. Bad things happen when I resist.

Never heard of black friday until now...and still don't understand the whole Thanksgiving thing. Is it that thing with the pilgrims and the turkey or something? I dunno...

Turkey sounds good though - I'll celebrate anything that throws in a turkey...

Personally, not a huge fan of turkey, or rather any poultry. I usually hit the sweet potatoes or green bean casserole instead. Leaving the bird for everyone else.

I'll be at work at 3am on Black Friday. The good thing is that I'll be out by 2pm
Thanksgiving day I'll be spending time with family and relaxing.

Never heard of Black Friday, and the only reason I like to celebrate Thanksgiving is because I get a turkey. That cranberry canned jelly stuff with the turkey stuffing on a sandwhich... Mmh mmh
