Anything you do sexually with a MALE or someone with the same sex, It is Homosexual.

Semantics aside, sexual endeavors with the same sex is considered a homosexual act in the very literal meaning of the word. Cast aside the societal pretext and stigma associated with the word homosexual.

The etymology, as anyone could look up in a published dictionary (Oxford is my preference ), is a Greek/Latin hybrid. Gk (Homos) meaning same and sexual being a deeply affectionate/intimate act in nature. So having a sexual encounter with the same sex is a homosexual act by literal meaning. That's how I believe it to be from the sense of the root words and leaving out semantics and public opinion.

So, the first is a bit ambiguous (perhaps just homoerotic) as the act is not occurring 'to' another person, but he second one is definitely a homosexual act.

Hopefully little children won't stumble into this thread and start asking their parents about literal vs. perceived acts of homosexuality... awkward dinner conversation for little Billy I would think.

I've got one, say you clone yourself, or go to an alternate dimention and find your alternate self. You engage in sexual acts with the other being that is basicly yourself. Is that gay, or just masterbation?

In retort: Scenario Numero Cuatro - Two girls are showering together and decide to wash each other down. Lesbians?

I don't think so, but girls are more lenient on the whole comfortability on homosexuality. I would never wash down a guy in a shower, or be in a shower with another guy to be quite honest. Unless it was after a football game or something. Then I would be asking myself; "Why am I playing football and showering with sweaty guys?"

"Well it has 2 legs" - Bisexuality
"Well it has legs" - Pansexuality

Basically, any human no matter what gender/transgender it may be.

#3: a somewhat strange situation. I can't really see how someone would be turned on only by giving sex, and not receiving it as well, whether with someone of the same or opposite sex.
