Have you seen raging blast? It's so much better. Plus, it goes past the Cell saga. I find it somewhat ridiculous that Burst Limit stops there.

i was excited for it. but then i played the demo. you're right it's absolutely ridiculous, but the gameplay is superior imo.

I've been living under a rock recently and I'm just realizing what amazing game releases are right around the corner. What games are you looking forward to? I'm not necessarily buying all of these but here's my list:

Call of Duty: Black Ops
Fable III
Halo Reach
Fallout New Vegas

Any titles I'm missing?

All of those except Fail of Duty. However, I can't afford any of that (except Fable III) so... I'm screwed. Such is the life of a poor gamer.

Also (not to **** anyone off but) I look forward to, with great ferverance, the END of Halo, in it's totality. Halo 3 made me hate it...

The people we enjoy showcasing Reach to the most are the fans of the original Halo who alienated themselves from the series with later installments. They are the ones who have without fail been the most pleased with their hands on demo.

it should also be said that reach does not mark the end of halo. it marks the end of halo being made by bungie. microsofts 343 industries is going to continue to make halo games while bungie moves on to brighter pastures.

Well, I MAY just check out Reach, if it's aimed at fans of the first and second (mostly first) games then awesome. Also, many Halo fanboys have made me hate it too. "MC is the man. MC can defeat ANYONE." NO ONE is unkillable... not even my personal favorites Samus or Alucard (not Castlevania, Hellsing Alucard... although he is damn near unkillable...)

I forgot to mention, I'm looking forward to Metroid: The Other M (despite it's lame name).

That's great to hear. Halo was the best of them all but Halo 2 was decent enough to invest hours of my time into it. However, Halo 3 was a god damn abomination and I refuse to even think about it. The only enjoyable thing about it was the inclusion of the Gravity Hammer. There was nothing more fun than knocking someone halfway across the map with one of those things.

My brother seems pretty stoked about Halo Reach so I might just end up getting it. What you said just makes me want it more.
