I have two jobs one, that I call Job 'A' is database reporting basically I write small programs that pull data out of a database. Job 'B' is as an Agent in the GeekSquad at Best Buy. That's the more fun of the two jobs with the exception of people who can't understand that computers don't come with a lifetime of free tech support. It costs more to maintain a computer than to buy one ;)

I'm using UniQuery :sick: it's all text based and very unforgiving when it comes to error checking. You have to run the entire program to check if there are any errors :rolleyes:

No offense taken. I generally encourage people to try it themselves if they feel confident doing so. It's those who don't or would rather not be bothered that our service is most valuable.

We do have some tools that have been developed by the uber agents that would be damn near impossible to replicate on your own or my own for that matter.

I will also admit that the skill level of the agents varies widely as you can probably imagine. One of our agents wrote the driver for a device when he could find compatible one for the OS. I think it was a sound driver for Vista.

I see your location is Stafford, you work at the Stafford WHSmiths? I used to be in there all the time. Small world... :lol:

ATM, i'm a full time gamer. i love the job, but the pay sucks, and we have to buy our own games.
anyway, professionally, i'm a Geological Field Assistant specialising in Diamond Drill Core

I'm an actor and technician.

I have my own group that makes performances, we tour around Holland and Europe during the summer mostly. Almost no use of text, like Charley Chaplin and Buster Keaton - but more modern... We use a lot of special effects, fireworks and such and think of stupid, dangerous stunts to do - and then toss who's gonna do it first ;)

When I'm not performing I mostly work as a technician/freelancer in theaters and workshops. Building stages and touring with other groups around the country.

Every now and then I do some design work. Flyer's, posters, logos and such.

I also try not to drink to much, don't do drugs, be wise with my money, obey the law, don't drive too fast (and behave in my car...), etc etc
But most of the time I fail... Although I did quit smoking finally after 10 years!!! Which is a huge succes and relief :D

Or at least getting there. Not bitching at you or anything, but really, you gotta quit. Damn, now I sound like one of those MADD Canada presenters... Well, at least I haven't started, so I shouldn't have a problem. Lucky 'ol me. But seeing as I'm 15 I shouldn't be smoking anyways, so I'm in the neutral zone. :lol:

But really, should get off the smoking. This is my serious face. :noexpression:... :P Sorry, I can't even keep a straight face in serious situations... But yes, really, you should. :)

I used to smoke a lot, more than a pack a day. Everyone around me (including myself) thought that I wasn't up for quitting - but I did. And it was easier then I expected.

Now I havn't smoked in almost 7 months, so I'm not there yet... And I must say that I do smoke something else every now and then ;)

If it wasn't obvious I was joking, I don't smoke or do any form of drugs.
