Time off work and Download Festival in 7 days. AC/DC, Megadeth, Rage Against The Machine, Aerosmith, Motorhead, Killswitch Engage, Lamb Of God, 5 Finger Death Punch and Steel Panther (plus many more :D).

Sucked

Had no gaming time.

Seasonal Affectiveness Disorder? I think that is what it is called. Apparently I might have it because I'm slightly crabby and ****y during the winter, but I love the winter. Odd. :lol:

Rocked: Assembled part of my ventilation shaft in metal tech. Just got to pop the other sides on, hammer down the folds and then make the drive cleats and S cleats, attach it, then only one more part of my shaft to be done. :D

Sucked: I have a test on movie camera angles and poetry terms in English.

4 Days of work left then im off for 8 days. 5 of which will be full of metal/rock and beer in a field with 80,000 like-minded people. Plus my tickets for said event arrived today. :w00t:

Girlfriend is in bed ill and my 360 is in there so no gaming for 4th straight day and im getting withdrawals.

Rocked: Planning to do something incredibly embarrassing that will hopefully turn out well for me, if I'm lucky.

Sucked: My boss at the library, been the branch manager since 1998, incredibly awesome both as a boss and as the woman who runs the library, is leaving us for a branch in Accokeek*. What the hell.

EDIT: Also Sucked: Dropped the book that I had been reading for the Torch of Freedom, a David Weber/Eric Flint Honorverse book that I'd really been looking forward to. Had to stop reading because I was bawling my eyes out where a character's daughter died. ****ing ****ety ****.

*Ordinarily I would avoid mentioning any identifying placenames, but I've already said I live outside DC in a majority-minority county, so all that really tells you is one specific place I don't live. Not like it adds anything to the ability of my fellow forumgoers to stalk me.

Got to play some multiplayer on Red Dead Redemption and had a good laugh with friend of mine. Plus 3 shifts at work left until im in Rock/Metal heaven surrounded by 80,000 people and lots of alcohol.

Sucked

Had no time to play UFC 2010 properly yet still.

- Have my eyes set on a brand new DAC that I need, cheap too.
- Got a lot completed today and father stopped by for a visit.

Sucked
- This whole Foxconn nonsense.
- Never found the guy who stole my Dad's guitar amp.
- Some of these CDs won't burn correctly.
- Having an ant problem, 1-inch monsters and the cat only plays with them.

Wasnt online yesterday as Amy was ill so didnt have much time free. Today my friend wanted to play some RDR online so i played with him and lost track of time. I will be on MSN tomorrow though.

RDR update out next week and new outfits are being released soon for free along with co-op DLC.

Sucked

Not much time to do much lately.

Sucked: Can't get any codeine without a prescription and I can't get a prescription without a solid diagnosis. Can't get a diagnosis until mid-July and I'm slowly going out of my mind. Note to all pharmacists out there: 12.8mg of codeine is CRAP. If it doesn't start at 30, I don't want it.

Rocked: The US beat Algeria. That was kinda cool.

Sucked: I watched the second half. I'm sorry to all you soccer fans out there (I.E., pretty much everyone who isn't American, Dominican, Cuban, and possibly Japanese) (or Canadian, since they have hockey) BUT HOLY **** THAT GAME IS BORING. Seriously. I admit that football is pretty damn boring, lots of standing around, but at least when they are moving there's something vaguely resembling a point and if they don't get anything done, then they give up the ball. This game was 49 minutes of frantically kicking the ball up and down the field while accomplishing nothing, accompanied by the drone of a horde of giant insects.*

*Look, I'm an American. I'm sure you can translate for yourselves. For Brits, soccer=football, football=American football. For Aussies, soccer=you-call-it-soccer-too-don't-you?-or-is-it-football and football=gridiron.

- Very bad mood
- Didn't get any sleep yet
- Upset stomach
- Cats wouldn't stop causing a ruckus in the middle of the night
