Whats Rocked And Sucked?

Rocked: Lemonade (sad I know but I couldn't think of anything else right now)

Sucked: Jake still ill, I'm shattered, lots of expenses coming up and I've got an AGM to attend for work which I really could do without.
 
Sucked: Been out of action due to flu illness the past few days, and these last few days have been very lousy. On the positive side, I should be back to normal very soon. I want to get back to getting things done.
 
Sucked: You know the whole thing with "don't think about a pink elephant?" I have that, only the elephant is short, brunette, and has a fairly nice body. So, y'know, not really elephantine at all. Seriously. It's distracting, and since I have the social skills of a gnat I'm reasonably sure that I won't have the balls to do anything about it short of an engraved invitation.

In summary, Sucked: Teenage angst, and I can't even blame it on being a teenager. Twenty-year-old angst doesn't roll off the same way. Also, a better summary: I am the socially retarded king of the nerd-boy crush. And now I am bitching about this like a whiny sixteen-year-old instead of keeping bullshit in my head. ****ing retarded.

Rocked: Tomorrow is Friday. Also, I'm in a good mood.*

*For reasons of hormone overdose, which brings me back to adolescent bitching. And yes, I realize that I said I was in a good mood after bitching for two paragraphs. I'm ****ed up in the head. But I really am in a good mood.

Rocked: Appetite slowly coming back!

Sucked: Just had letter from the doctor saying "please try not to be alarmed but you need to attend clinic asap to have some urgent blood work done". Great - that's not alarming at all :/
 
That's where they drain you of some (or a lot in some cases) of blood to test it? Seems whenever I got to a doctor or the hospital they want some of my liquid life essence. I tell you, they're all secret vampires.
 
Yeah, they're going to take about 3 million pints of my blood or whatever - they've been doing loads of tests (again) and for some reason need to repeat this one again for thyroid problems, including lovely thyroid cancer which is always cheerful stuff...
 
Rocked: rewatching FLCL again, it's just as awesome as ever.

Sucked: my two hardest classes both have midterms on monday. my weekend is completely shot. work all day saturday so my saturday night and sunday are all the more hectic.

Sucked: Hungry, and I'm still not allowed to eat certain foods yet.

Rocked: Only 1 more day I hope.
 
Rocked: Two minutes' peace whilst Steve takes Jake out for a walk

Sucked: It's something XP weekend for Black Ops which essentially means I'll be a single parent for the next couple of days.

Plus Scott's bouncing boobies signature pic is gone :(

Rocked: I can now go to Projectego while at work without fear of getting in trouble.

Sucked: If it weren't for Tsuyu's signature, anyway.

Why the long faces? 'tis only an intermission, something new and exciting will fill into it's place eventually.

Rocked: Terribly cold outside, but it sure is a beautiful day out. Catherine says there's a surprise for dinner... why does she never tell me what's for dinner? Snow is melting away so no need to shovel soon.
 
Catherine? Is that your wife's name? That's awesome. That's how we spell my sister's name. Confuses the hell out of people who try to write it after we tell them it's Catie. Almost never see other Catherines.
 
We get the same problem, always misspelling it Katherine. Sometimes I like to play games with people and tell them it's Kathy with a C, and have it as a back n' forth thing.

It was, among other things. We had pizza.. though I probably shouldn't have had any, I'm feeling much better today. She came to bed with a gas mask on and was wearing a black cloak (she likes to dress up on random days).

.. felt like I was doing things to Darth Vader.
