Reaver Confirmed for Fable 3

In a recent tweet Sam Van Tilburgh @SamVanTilburgh confirmed that Reaver will be in Fable III.

And here we go...can you tell who it is? Reaver is back in #Fable3 @Lionheadstudios @stephenfry http://tweetphoto.com/13262775

Seriously. I hate him. He killed Barnum. He made me old and ugly. He's mean to little puppy dogs. I want to embed an ax in his skull.

But nice to see one of the more... colorful characters returning.

Yeah I wanted to avenge Branum. But besides that I think Reaver was a really interesting character, added a new dimension to the typical hero.

Stephen Fry also had the best voice acting in the whole game IMO.

Stephen Fry definitely the best voice actor for Fable II and Reaver was a character that made the game that bit more enjoyable. Hopefully Garth and Hammer will return aswell.

I didnt like anything about Reaver but his gun. He was a pompous asshole with an annoying pompous asshole voice. I thought the best voice acting was from Ron Glass, but I also just think Ron Glass sounds like a bad ass. (thats Garth by the way) I want to kill reaver because I hate him as a person. Sure I tried to take the bullet for Barnum but I hated Reaver from the second he spoke.

That's why I think the voice acting is so good, he's supposed to sounds like a pompous ass, you aren't supposed to like him as a 'person'.

Looks like it worked as well.

Personally I wouldn't mind if we didn't see Hammer or Garth back, I didn't really like either character.

If anything I'm complementing stephen fry's performance as the idea was to hate reaver. He succeeded. Had stephen fry spoken as he normally does I would'nt hate reaver as much. He deliberately sounded pompous.

You are entitled to your opinion. I was merely trying to clarify that it wasnt a crack a Stephen Fry, I just didnt like the way he threw his voice to sound pompous, which was the piont. Stephen Fry knew people hate pompous asses, he also knew your supposed to dislike reaver, he then put 2&2 together. Get it? Stephen Fry is cool, but that doesnt mean you have to love reaver because of it.
