How about a viking smiley? We already have ninjas and pirates, but vikings are totally more awesome than both...

I'm pretty certain the background is OK.

I normally don't like implementing smilies that are over a certain size. You'll notice that all current smilies are almost identical in size. I don't mind making an exception for the +rep smilie because everybody seems to like it, though. Having too many smilies of different size just makes posts look uneven (you'll notice paragraph line-heights fluctuate because some pixels will force a ton of space between lines).

Edit: Just realised that doesn't really make sense but I'm too lazy to go ahead and correct it. You got the general gist of what I meant.

I think the code for the +Rep smiley should be :+'rep: (without the ' ) so that people can say it without having to post the smiley.

New Smiley Idea! kinda stupid: Deathnote smiley, the smiley points at you and opens up a deathnote and writes in it, then smiles...
