Add your Steam ID to your Profile

Hi,

We've just added a new, optional profile field under the options page whereby you can display your Steam ID in all of your posts. I've just started using Steam again after like 5 years and thought this new feature might help encourage users to mix with other users and hopefully help form some new friendships or whatever.

I'm down for some games on Left 4 Dead or Left 4 Dead 2 by the way - especially some of the mod campaign packs. *hint*

It's like a gamertag for a console but for your PC instead.

Hmmm... I'm not sure it would be that worth it. Ya know, with it being a primarily Xbox based community. But then again, I didn't think a Steam thing would fit.

But hey, being able to add a your PSN wouldn't be much of a big deal I don't think.

I can add a PSN ID thingy nice and easy. If possible, though, to make it easier for me, is there any chance one of you kind folks could link me to your own PSN profile? ie: http://www.psn/profile/username/ or whatever kind of format Sony is using.

I'm with the minority. XBL Tag is enough without cluttering it even more.

Xbox and Steam only please, the PS3 one is unstylish and cluttery. I should have my steam up by the end of the week, I need to find my Half-Life 2 :(
