Hey, I know it's bad taste, but I was curious. Why'd that sorayiss guy get banned? Usually there's some huge meltdown that ends with the allmighty banhammer, but was this one just due to continued dumbassery?

EDIT: And Angel, I'm curious. I know you hated Dragon Age, but you've been complaining about Bioware in general. Did you not like Mass Effect 2?

Question for my Staffmates.

Whatever happened to that old News Bot we had some years ago that would often be late with the news, sometimes posting the wrong thing, and we always felt sorry for it? Anyone remember?

Sorayiss got banned for two reasons - one, he was annoying EVERYONE. Two - he was annoying me. Which is much, much worse.

Mass Effect 2 I did enjoy - it makes me feel like DA was rushed to get ME on the shelves; at least that's how it seemed to me. ME 2 was much more polished, much more of what I expected based on the first one.

I'm starting to dislike ME 2 now really for only one reason: it seems to be deviating more from it's RPG elements and focussing on more shooter stuff in the DLC. I have not purchased any of the DLC to date because none of it sounds even slightly appealing and I'm half-expecting them to make the next batch a bunch of maps with modes you'd expect from COD or Halo. It's lost it's appeal for me in that respect. I enjoyed Bringing Down The Sky from the first game but...I dunno...it just seems like it's losing steam and trying to appeal to a different style of gamer now instead of holding to its roots.

I dunno. I never liked the turn-based combat from KOTOR and all, so I loved the way ME and ME2 did it. But then, I haven't gotten any of the DLC either, except for the free stuff.

And currently I'm replaying ME rather than 2, so [shrugs]. I love them both.
