Blue Will Robe Retexture

So, with more practice I have decided to present a blue will user robe retexture with a purple trim. I personally like it very much.

How do you do it?

Do you use paint or something?

EDIT: I dont know anyone who can color that good.

You could use paint, but it would be better to use Photoshop, like most people use to edit textures. That would be HARD to do in Paint. All I did was use the Polygon Marquee tool, then edit the hue, saturation, and lightness. The easiest way to do it.
