Fable 2 let down?

It seems this has been wrapped up so aplogies for sticking my oar in at the last moment, but its something that deserves an answer. The game is not a let down it is different from fable 1. Like halo 2 is different from halo 1. Al lthe changes in fable 2 make sense I like every directino expanded upon and at the end of the day you get as much out of any game as you put in. If you sit and hammer through the main quest and do nothing else yeah you might feel a bit short changed. Now go back and find all 50 gargolyes and all 50 silver keys and all the expresssions play the game like an rpg. At the end of the day thats only MHO but i find it hard to beleive if you played the game to its limits you'd find it a let down.

Sorry Angel. I just hate it whenever somebody says something bad about a game that I like alot.

You can't say a game sucks or is a let down, you have to make an opinion of it, not a statement. What if I said that dead old ladies are hot? It doesn't make it true, it is a statement of my own opinion.

And no, I don't think dead old ladies are hot. It was an example.

well i never read what PM promised, the only thing i knew about fable was the like january or w/e thing where they presented fable 2 for the first time, and all they told us was that we could have kids and have co-op, which was all i needed to hear. didnt hear any other promise he said, but i think its better that way, cuz i was expecting something worse, but i got something amazing. i think its a great game, and i think the spells are amazing, and the way they made them, like target or AoE, and charge to different levels. the storyline could have been longer but it was still amazing, and i cant compare it to fable 1 cuz they were both too good, and ive played fable 1 like 99999 times over and over.
the only dissapointments i have, is that the DLC will prolly require microsoft points, and when it does come out, il sit in fetal position in the corner of my room for days until it becomes free.

either way tho, these are just opinions, and to some people it wasnt good, but i can take that, why would it matter to me anyway? its not like ur opinions are going to change mine about it. thx for sharing pedro

Well if your IQ was above room temperature you would relize that my goal wasnt to diss people.. its the way you take it that makes it a dis andyou will be treated the way you treat me I merely posted my opinion in a section that is made for it so again cry me a river or dont read it

BTW if you want to meat up in life because your crying about me hiding behind a computer i would be glad to give you my address and see what you are made of.

i love fable and fable 2. and if you dont, i highly sudjest you stop visiting a fable 2 forum. and whats with all this attacking people cuz they have opionions that are different? now now children, lets all play nice. seriously fighting over the net makes you sound like a five year old fighting on the playground over a toy. i figured that out a long time ago. chill everyone. its just a game. its just a game. its just a game. its just a game. its just a game. if you dont like it, shut up about it and play something else. but a part of me still wants someone to flame me for this, so go ahead. its fun for me to read what you will say. so do it. do it now. or dont. i dont care.

I've done two quests on this game after buying it today, and I have to say, the combat system is pathetic. It was so much fun in the first, but it's just a pain to fight with this guy. And only 8 spells? Geez.

I agree that Fable 2 is a decent game, but yes it is a HUGE disappointment.

I loved the combat at the beginning, slashing some bandit with a sword then force pushing and shooting them in the head with the aiming mechanics of your gun was great, but then the game started to grate on me.

I loved the spells, but I wish they were a little bit different, and more of them.

The villagers were idiots the whole entire time.

Why would I need the dog to point out that there's treasure with an icon above his head when I see the treasure chest on the side of the road (Did the designers not think that people can actually see something so blatantly ON the beaten path?)

The back of the game promises too much, you don't get to roam country sides, its just the same small, linear cramped maps plagued with loading screens.

I could go on and on about the many flaws, lack of boss battles, or any real motive to replay- this is just another example of PM selling a game, not making a great game.

I'd give it a 6.5/10
