Why do you have to be drinking anything excesively? Why dont you just drink what you like but in small amounts? and just do Extra Excercises and Get out alot more..?

I personally, Drink and Eat the worst foods over and over, I do not gain a pound and I dont have to work any of it off either.. I have the perfect body and I love it! (not to rub it in)

Funny, I had to kick moutain dew also. It was putting my sleeping habits all out of whack. I replaced it with caffine free root beer. It does the trick, but then again all I had to loose was the caffine. But if you cant have carbonation or sugar either, then I dont know what to tell you. But I havnt read any of the replys, theres gotta be something good in there somewhere. Juice mabey?

Its not about what you eat or drink.. I eat Fast food quite alot, Pies, Hot Chips, Hot Dogs, I drink Coke, Alcohol and Sprite alot. I NEVER or Rarely Drink water.. By itself..

And look.. Look at me.

I've gotten muscles from playing video games for 9 years straight

Its really simple:

When you exercise your body burns through your "storage" of food.

If you eat much more than you burn through, your body stores it in the form of fat.

The type of food you eat doesn't really matter since in the end it is the same basic stuff, but some things are healthier than others. There was a guy I saw who wondered why he wasn't getting slimmer, since he only ate oranges. Thing was he ate 30-50 a day.

Well, in some cases, it`s genetic - I eat as least as much as everyone else, I hardly do any exercise and I can´t gain weight.
Maybe I drink too much water...

I drink much less water than a normal person, eat a lot, and it balances out ;)

Probably because you're young enough to still be 'wasting' energy on growing, so you're still burning energy.

Once that stop, you can't carry on with such a carefree attitude.

If that was for me, then...
I doubt I`m young enough to be in the growing-like-bamboo stage. I`m pretty tall already and I doubt I`ll be growing any taller. It`s just that I`m a bit underweight. Judging from my bone structure, I`d say I could be a bulky guy :lol:
If that wasn`t for me, IGNORE!
