As well as a lot of XboX game like KotOR and KotOR II I'm seriously missing those games right now :(

This is off topic too, but there is speculation that the people working from bioware working on mass effect. Are also working on KOTOR 3. And the reason they are being really hush hush, is that they do not want to take hype away from Mass Efect. It was in the new OXM. And since Bioware stated that Mass Effect will NOT be at this years E3. Than maybe they will be reavieling KOTOR 3 there instead. Sorry about being off topic but I had to comment n that.

Re: my wishlist and ideas

I wish that I could hit someone when they've been knock down. I stoped using flourish because every time you knock someone down you have to wait until there all the way back on their feet before you can hit them again. WTF!!

On the same note there have been times when I was getting my *** handed to me because I go knocked down over and over again I had to roll out of the way to avoid getting hit again.

Add in other people's ideas on being able to hit opponents with other weapons than the sword when they're down and we could have some serious carnage

I would also like to see the religions of Albion take a more active role in its society. Religion affects people greatly, somtimes more than we would like, but it could give the world and characters a little more depth.
That is an interesting idea - it was a shame that although Skorm and Avo are
false gods
they didn't really expand upon the idea that much. It would be interesting to see different religions sprouting up and people interacting accordingly. Would make for some cool side quests - also trading opportunities in relics perhaps.

Yeah, I was thinking somthing along the lines of one of the "churches" having you bring the other one down.

Hmm...religious conspiracies would be cool - kinda like the ongoing (and ultimately pointless) war between Catholics and Protestants...

Exactly, especially since
Avo and Skorm are false Gods
it would make the conflict even more pointless, but in a sense, more realistic.

You could have revolts, uprisings, witch hunts...maybe your hero is a master in the arts of Will and has to go on the run to avoid being captured by over-zealous religious followers...

Something that would be cool is if your elimenating religions, and you kill lots of people, there would be a cult that believes that YOUR CHARCTER IS THE GOD OF DEATH!!!

You could help the new found religion spread by continuing on your blood luste ways and by eliminating other religion.

Of course you would be leader of the religion because your the god that they believe in.

Something similar could be implemented for a good character too.

Re: my wishlist and ideas

Actually, that is kind of interesting. Make more temples, perhaps make each area have its own preferred god, maybe toss in a couple others (cult worshipping ancient Hero who fought Jack of Blades/Sword of Aeons, anyone?), then religous war would be cool... but "Avo" was rather pacifistic (there was a reason "his" priests ran away when you hit them), and though this could change it might be more realisitc with more religions added.

Oh, and to Angel's witchhunt comment: is it really realistic that there would be witchhunts? At least in Fable 1 Will powers were fairly accepted and even a bit commonplace. A big part of the reason that "witches" were so feared and despised in reality was that "they" were sneaky and hid, so well in fact that you might think there weren't any. In Fable the only reason for Will-users to be hunted would be for the same reason Emperor Palpatine hunted them in Star Wars (to eliminate threats to his power) or because (possibly well-intentioned) people hunted them down because they saw the great strength of the Will as a threat to those who lacked it.

That's what Black & White 2 is for.

I dunno - was just an idea, is all. A lot can change in 500 years and what was once accepted may not be so popular amongst the masses and powers that be...but then what do I know?

Yeah, the witch seemed more Witchy than will power-y. I mean she had a cauldron and she was brewing potions. a little stereotypical but a witch none the less

Re: my wishlist and ideas

Good point, there were the two sterotypical witches, the one in Bowerstone Quay and the one in Rose Cottage (the grandmother), and they didn't seem to just have Will Powers-- they just seemed to be herbalists/midwives(?)/doctors(?). And a world can change a lot in 500 years, so it could be that maybe "real" doctors came into existence and decided that the witches were evil, or frauds or something and thats why they were being hunted.

And yeah, I had forgotten entirely about the actual witches.

Idea for a "quest"(no npc hints you that but the player knows that in some towns people kill witches and the player is creative): You want to marry a woman in bowerstone. She hates you. At night you sneak in her house and hide herbs and parts of dead animals somewhere.
The next day you call the church and watch her burn.
Dark side of the force forever!
