Red Ring of Death?

Alright, I was playing Last Remnant, and I went to the bathroom. When I came out, my 360 had the Red Ring of Death. However, when I turned it off and back on, it was just fine.

Anyone know what this means? Or if it will Red Ring of Death in the very near future?

Thats odd, never heard of a temporary RRoD before.

What's even weirder is I have it on it's own little shelf, with a small fan blowing air perpendicular to the back vent on the 360, and it still got this. I read online that sometimes you can get a red ring from loose power cords, and it did shut off due to a loose cord mid-game, so hopefully that's the case.

It's happened to me before. It happened when the electricity went out, and when my power chord came unplugged. Mine is still working fine. You should have no problems.

I thought it was a warning light for a potential RRoD.

that happens to me sometimes. Whenever i get the RRoD, which is more times than i can count, i just restart it and it works every time. my xbox has worked for 3 full years since i got it, never had to be sent in for the RRoD.

always try restarting it several times, if RRoD doesn't go away you know you've got to have it shipped in.

In short i wouldn't worry about it.

I have never had Red Ring of Death, I love my xbox.

Sometimes it can be an early warning sign of RRoD but most the time its just a temporary 'blip' caused by loose connection or a power surge.

Yeah, I did have a loose connection a little while before it, I'm hoping that's the issue.
