So Disoriented

Well, I dont know what happened, but yesterday I was exahsted and litterally slept all day. So I woke up at about 3 this morning and its like thursday never happened. :wacko: my sleeping habits have been so whack lately.....

i dont see why you werent up all day. yesterday was a fantastic day! Could be you've had a lot to do yesterday and didnt want to deal with it

Do you do drugs? If not, get a doctor to check your thyroid levels. That has alot to do with how you sleep and feel. If you are a teen though it could just be puberty and you have to live with it.

I wasnt on any drugs thats for sure. I was just freakishly tired.

Lol, I use drugs so I CAN get up after a party night

I don't think anyone should take drugs that they don't need. And no if you can't get a doctor (an honorable one) to prescribe them to you then you don't need them.
But if someone "has" to do drugs I'd hope it'd be something light and (somewhat) physically non-addictive.
Some of that stuff is pretty hard core and will kick you right between the nuts, making you go cross eyed.O.o

I'm questioning the Doe. :sly:

I already said my bit which neutralises John's statement.

John needs 50kg of drugs going through his system for him to get up in the morning, let alone do anything.

ugh. I cant take it easy. being unemployed since febuary is causeing enough tension and stress. on top of that I have a large patch of dead grass to dig up and re sod on top of normal yardwork. add to that my nasty habit of to much caffine and staying up late. and the fact that no matter what I do I seem to be stuck being nocturnal. perhapts something is wrong there, as no matter how much I try to force my sleeping habits I always revert back to sleeping during the day and being up at night. which is incredibly boring by the way. sometimes I actually cant sleep because Im bored. I guess I better to see a doctor but Im still working on getting insurance. so hopefully it wont take to long because I am long overdue at the counselor and not on the medications I should be.

Sounds to me like it's depression.

Exhaustion is a symptom of depression.

You needz some happeh pillz.

That, or you have a tumor.

yup, its depression.

but, no job = no insurance = no happy pillz = no will to fix things and get new job. one nasty cycle. new insurance it taking forever.
