You're in ROTC? Awesome. I was AFJROTC for three and a half years, must say it was a lot of fun.
As for the working out thing, I dread the first pushup. Once I get to about thirty, I start doing them with a smile.Sweet stuff.
I loved that class. Mostly because the teacher was very attractive, but also because frictionless ramps are fun.
No, I just work out with them-- the Army, not the AF, since Maryland has both. I want to join the Coast Guard when I graduate, so I'm not trying to go Army ROTC. I probably could if I tried, but [shrugs].
Yeah. I don't start smiling, but hey, after doing PT all last semester I can actually manage to reach 40. Or I could, before I slacked off all summer. I'm a skeleton, though, so anything I can manage is good.
Yay for hot teahers, not that there are many at UMD. (A few hot TAs, at least.) Yes, I am a lowbrow, hormone-addled, drooling teenager. I admit it.
And yeah. I did Physics in high school and it was interesting, but I didn't do all that well. Hopefully I'll do better gradewise if I apply some effort. Especially since I'm a wannabe engineer.

Estonian Academy of Arts
I can`t choose classes until the spring semester, but for now I have
History (Culture)
History of Metalworking... Art (don`t know how to call it)
Basics of Blacksmithing/Goldsmithing
Geometry
Some computer course
Drawing
Study of Colors
And some other things I can`t write in English.
Yes, I`m going to be a Blacksmith.
That's, frankly, kinda awesome.
And speaking of awesome, I was reading about the US Coast Guard, which read to the Lighthouse Service, which lead to lighthouses, which lead to OLD lighthouses, which led to the really cool old lighthouse in Estonia whose name I forget but was nevertheless very cool and [end rant, now].
