The ability to freely alter the atomic/molecular structure of anything, including DNA (grants you whatever other power you want). Then you could create diamonds, make black holes and atomic explosions, alter and objects weight, set things on fire, regenerate tissue (stop ageing, heal wounds, be almost immortal) or simply turn things into a pile of super hot plasma goo. Really you could do almost anything with that power.

What a nerdy power. >.<
