Seconded. I would much like to find this sword. You know why? It gives me something to do, rather than argue with people over the internet.

We still don't know if the codes are completed or if the Bard quest actually exists.
How do you know they didn't finish it and place it extremely hidden?
Has anyone heard more riddles from that one Bard dude?

No. I read on a website that he admitted to making stuff up. But you can't trust everything you read.

It's entirely possible the guy who admitted to it wasn't the actual Bard dude, and was an imposter.

ok so people say it dnt exist but then what is the point of the bards....i think i know y u cnt sell ur stick it is becoz if u sell all of ur other mele weapons u always have 2 have at least 1 with u ... but i could be rong and it could be a key :D

Yeah, that stick is annoying in the fact that you can't sell it. I wish it was the key. ...I tried beating up the bards with the stick. I killed two of them, but that stupid bard in bowerstone.. Grr....

I thought you'd have to kill them because isn't that what the oracle said happened to the old one?

Yeah, I don't know what happens when the statue points to picnic area or the heros guild.

Yeah, I think that was a hint that the statue would point to a specific place later.
